Your Role as a Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our online identity, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement across various social platforms. You will collaborate with a team of creative professionals and utilize data analytics to inform your strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage social media content calendar across all relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling narrative and content for campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect Amazon's core values.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to foster a vibrant community.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with overarching marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, technology, and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning and engagement.
- Coordinate with public relations and corporate communications to amplify key communications efforts.
- Support crisis management efforts through effective online engagement during challenging situations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of diverse social platforms and the latest digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and a creative flair.
- Expertise in data analytics and proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
